What you're buying
A face on MyAgentFace is an avatar picture plus the prompt that gives it a personality, a job, and a schedule. When you unlock a face, you get a personal license to use that prompt and picture with your own Muse agent, for your own use, for as long as you like. The face and prompt stay our property — your license doesn't include reselling them, giving them away as your own product, or publishing the prompt text for others to take. Sharing a screenshot of your agent being brilliant is always fine.
Coins
Coins are the store's digital currency. They have no cash value outside MyAgentFace, can't be exchanged back into money, and aren't transferable between accounts — except through our gifting feature, where a gift you buy is delivered to the person you chose. New accounts start with 100 welcome coins. Premium faces are priced by rarity: Common 50, Rare 75, Epic 100, Legendary 150, Mythic 200 coins. We may give bonus coins through referrals and promotions; those follow the same rules.
Faces never sell out — First Editions explained
A face on MyAgentFace never goes away. Some faces have a numbered First Edition run (Rare 5,000 · Epic 1,000 · Legendary 250 · Mythic 100 numbered copies; Common faces are not numbered). The first owners get a copy stamped with its edition number in their vault. Once a run is full, the same face — same picture, same prompt — is still available as an Open Edition, without a number. Prompt Pass holders use faces through their pass and don't take edition numbers.
Passes
The Prompt Pass ($7.99/month) unlocks every premium prompt while your subscription is active, and includes the Gallery Pass. The Gallery Pass ($9.99, one time) lets you collect looks — outfits and voices for your agents — from the Avatar Gallery. If a pass ends, faces you unlocked with coins are still yours forever; faces you only used through the pass go back to locked.
Drops
Some faces arrive in drops — themed sets available to unlock during a stated window. When a drop closes, its faces can no longer be newly unlocked. If you already own one, or you have an active Prompt Pass, nothing changes: your access continues.
Custom Prompts
A Custom Prompt ($29, one time) is a face and prompt built from your answers to five questions. It's yours under the same license as any other face once delivered.
Gifting
You can buy a face, a pass, or a Custom Prompt as a gift. We give you a claim link to pass to your person; whoever claims it while signed in gets the item in their account. A gift code can be claimed once. Sending a link to the wrong person is like handing someone a gift card — we can't pull it back once it's claimed, so share links carefully.
Refunds — the plain rules
Everything here is digital and delivered instantly, so the rule is simple: if you haven't used it, we'll refund it. Bought coins you haven't spent? Refundable. A pass you never used to open a premium face or collect a look? Refundable. A Custom Prompt we haven't built yet? Refundable. Once coins are spent unlocking a face, that face is yours and that sale is final — the same way a downloaded song is yours. Gift purchases follow the same rule based on whether the gift has been claimed. To ask for a refund, use the contact page within 30 days of purchase and we'll sort it out.
Fair use of the store
Don't do the obvious bad things: no breaking into accounts, no scraping the catalog to clone the store, no using our prompts to impersonate real people or to harass anyone, no chargeback games on purchases you made and used. We can close accounts that do these things. The faces' prompts include their own safety framing for sensitive topics (grief, health, money, immigration) — they're companions and coaches, not doctors, lawyers, or financial advisors, and nothing they say replaces a professional.
The fine print, kept short
The site is provided as-is; we work hard to keep it up and correct, but we can't promise it's error-free every minute. If these terms change, we'll update the date above.
