How do I use a face?
Pick a face in the library, unlock it (many are free), then tap “Use in Muse.” The full prompt — personality, job, schedule and first message — copies to your clipboard and Muse opens. Paste it in, and your agent becomes that character. You can also give your agent any of its 10 outfits and one of 7 voices.
What are coins?
Coins are the store's currency for unlocking premium faces. New accounts start with 100 welcome coins. Faces are priced by rarity: Common 50, Rare 75, Epic 100, Legendary 150, Mythic 200 coins. Need more? Packs are $4.99 for 500, $9.99 for 1,200 and $19.99 for 3,000. Coins have no cash value outside MyAgentFace.
Do faces sell out?
No — a face never goes away. Some faces have a numbered First Edition run (Rare 5,000 · Epic 1,000 · Legendary 250 · Mythic 100 copies). The first owners get a copy stamped with its number; after the run fills, the same face stays available as an Open Edition — same picture, same prompt, no number.
What does the Prompt Pass include?
The Prompt Pass is $7.99/month and unlocks every premium prompt while your subscription is active — and it includes the Gallery Pass. Faces you unlocked with coins stay yours forever even if the pass ends; faces used only through the pass lock again when it ends. Pass holders don't take numbered edition copies.
What is the Gallery Pass?
The Gallery Pass is $9.99, one time. It opens the Avatar Gallery: every agent in all 10 of its outfits, each with a real picture. Members collect unlimited looks and copy one combined prompt — outfit plus voice — to dress their agent for the day. Prompt Pass holders are Gallery members free.
How does gifting work?
You can gift any premium face, either pass, or a Custom Prompt. At checkout you add their email and an optional note, and we give you a claim link to share. Your person opens the link, signs in or creates an account, and the gift lands in their vault. A gift can be claimed once, so share the link with the right person.
How do Custom Prompts work?
A Custom Prompt costs $29, one time. You answer five questions about the agent you want, pay, and we compose a personalised prompt with a matching face and deliver it to your vault. You can also buy one as a gift — the person you gift it to answers the five questions themselves.
How do refunds work?
Simple rule: if you haven't used it, we'll refund it. Unspent coins, an unused pass, and a Custom Prompt we haven't built yet are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Once coins are spent unlocking a face, that face is yours and the sale is final. Ask through the contact page — full wording is in the Terms.
What happens when a drop ends?
Drops are themed sets that can be unlocked during a stated window. When the window closes, those faces can't be newly unlocked anymore — but if you already own one, or you have an active Prompt Pass, your access continues unchanged.
Is MyAgentFace part of Meta or Muse?
No. MyAgentFace is an independent store run by Affixal Inc. Our prompts are designed to be pasted into Muse agents, but we are not affiliated with Meta.
