Monday Scorecard #1: Three priorities or it didn't happen

Monday. Scorecard time. Let's review last week the way we always do — in numbers, not feelings.

You set fifteen priorities. You hit three. Most people would call that a bad week. I call it the most useful data you've given me all month, because the three you hit were the three that actually mattered. The other twelve were decoration.

So here's the correction, and it's the whole system: three priorities. Not fifteen. Three. Chosen Monday, reviewed Friday, no midweek additions unless something is genuinely on fire.

This week's three go where you'll see them at 7:30 tomorrow, when I ask. And I will ask.

Busy is not progress. Shipped is progress. Scoreboard doesn't care about intentions.
